SHIPPING POLICY
Placing an Order
You will be able to place an order with us by ordering via our secure online checkout flow. We will send you the order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that we reserve the right to brand our products.
We may refuse to accept an order under the following circumstances:
a.) Where the products ordered are not available or defective
b.) If we did not obtain authorization for your payment from the payment gateway
c.) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
d.) If the order is to be delivered to a pin code or location where our courier partners are unable to service.
PAYMENTS
We accept various modes of payment. All our payment modes are secured and done through authorised vendors. All prepaid payments are made through a third-party solution provider "Razorpay" and COD payments would be accepted through a recognised logistics partner. There may be charges for choosing certain payment methods, the same would be informed to you when making a payment. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
DELIVERY
Qnix has free shipping for orders above ₹ 500/-. For orders below ₹ 500/-, we charge a minimum shipping fee of ₹ 50.
All orders come in fully sealed packages to make sure that the products reach you in perfect condition.
We will initiate the shipment of your products within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the order under most circumstances. Our regular working hours are Monday to Saturday 10 am - 6 pm. We only process and dispatch orders during these hours. All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends or other regional and national holidays. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days. For locations that are in the interiors or in the difficult coverage areas, this may take between 10-12 working days. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the specified timeline, on occasion due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot always guarantee delivery in the said time or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timeline.
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you have provided as the delivery address when you place the order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we shall not be liable for any items which may have not been received by you. Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, Qnix takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Tracking your order:
We provide a tracking number upon dispatch of your order so that you can track the progress of your delivery. If any issues arise with regard to your shipment, please contact us, so that we can assist you.
Events beyond our Control:
Qnix Apparels cannot be held liable for any failure to deliver products or any delayed delivery or for any damaged or defective products delivered that are caused due to any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation to strikes, lockdowns and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, floods, fire, explosion or accident and bad climate or weather. However, if such circumstances arise, do contact us and we will do our best to rectify the issue for you.
Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until we send you shipping information for the order (or the accepted portion thereof). Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that, if we cancel all or a portion of your order or if we provide you with less than the quantity you ordered, we will issue a credit to your bank account or store wallet in the form of a coupon or cash for the amount charged for the cancelled portion or the quantity not provided.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
At Qnix, we strive to give you the very best product and comfort experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return the same once sold or delivered. In the case of receiving the order in a damaged condition/seal broken or wrong items, write to us at care@theqnix.com, and we will resolve the issue immediately.
Order Cancellation:
In case you wish to cancel the order you have placed, you can cancel it within 24 hours from placing the order. The cancellation can be made by logging into your account on our website and cancelling the order or contacting us at care@theqnix.com and indicating the order number along with the reason for cancellation. Your payment amount, if any, shall be transferred to the original mode of payment used while placing the order within 4-5 working days. We won’t be able to issue an order cancellation once the product is shipped.
