Steps to care for your new favourite undies all you have to do is
STEP 1:Wash your Qnix Period Underwear gently in cold water before wearing them for the first time.
STEP 2:After use, rinse in cold water <30°. Wash with a mild detergent or soap. Make sure to not bleach or use any fabric softener or stain remover. It is recommended to not soak, as it will set stains.
STEP 3:Allow to dry. Reuse. Repeat. Go you eco-warrior!
STEP 4:Do not iron and do not dry clean. This reduces the product’s function.
STEP 5:Store in a clean and dry place.

Stem and Size
Is it okay to cut the stem of the menstrual cup?
The Qnix Reusable Menstrual Cups are designed to sit comfortably in the vaginal canal, including the stem. But if the stem protrudes or stick out, it can be trimmed no shorter than one-quarter inch (not when the cup is inserted).
The stem seems to stick out (protrude), what should I do?
Menstrual cups' stems are there to guide and facilitate an easy cup removal. However, if the stem is protruding or sticking out, it can be trimmed but only up to one-quarter inch (not when the cup is inserted).
Which Qnix reusable menstrual cup size is right for me?

Can I have sex while wearing a menstrual cup?
Simply remove the menstrual cup if you want to have sex during your period. If it isn't comfortable for you, explore other options of intimacy and being close. Avoid penetrative sex, inserting a sex toy, or fingering with the menstrual cup inserted.
Can I use a menstrual cup with an IUD?
IUD is placed inside the cervix while menstrual cup sits in the vagina. Ideally, using a menstrual cup do not interfere with your IUD. Ensure to break the vacuum of the menstrual cup by pinching the bottom of the menstrual cup (not the stem) for comfortable removal, especially when using an IUD. It is always safer to ask your doctor before using a menstrual cup with an IUD.

Can the menstrual cup stretch out my vagina?
Short answer - no, a menstrual cup can’t stretch a vagina. A relaxed and empty vaginal wall is compressed. When you insert something like a menstrual cup, the walls will move and try to create space. After you remove your menstrual cup the vagina will return to its original compressed state. Vagina is an elastic organ made of tissues and muscles so it can not stretch out permanently, especially not by penetrative sex or a menstrual cup!
